Recipes Broiled Grapefruit (Vegetarian, Breakfast)

Number of Servings
    • 1 large grapefruit
    • 2 tsp. brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • Drizzle of honey

Preheat broiler.  Mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside.  Cut cantaloupe in half.  Sprinkle sugar mixture over both slices.  Drizzle with honey.  Place in oven for approximately four minutes.
