Recipes Roasted Kale Sprouts with Pancetta (Side dish, 6-ingredient or less, Vegetarian)

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • 1 8-ounce pkg kale sprouts, trimmed and halved
    • 2 ounces pancetta

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  In a large bowl, combine the olive oil with the garlic, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.  Toss the kale sprouts in the mixture and spread them on a large baking sheet in a single layer.  Sprinkle the sprouts with the pancetta and bake for 10 minutes, until the sprouts and pancetta have crisped up.  Serve immediately.
