Ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon canola oil
    • 1 cup broccoli florets
    • 1 cup snap peas
    • 1/2 cup diced zucchini
    • 1/2 cup baby carrots
    • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
    • 1/4 cup diced onion
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add vegetables and saute 4 minutes until crisp tender. Add remaining ingredients and saute for one minute more. Serve hot.
