Recipes Shrimp Mousse (Appetizer, Side dish)

    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    • 2 cups reduced fat mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup chili sauce
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
    • Dash Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup minced celery
    • 1/4 cup minced onion
    • 1/4 cup minced bell pepper
    • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    • 2 cups chopped seasoned boiled shrimp

Place water in saucepan and sprinkle with gelatin. Let stand 1 minute to soften. Warm over medium heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves. In a medium bowl add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Whisk in gelatin mixture, blending well. Pour into a 6-7 cup mold and chill overnight. Unmold onto a garnished platter and serve with wheat crackers.
