    • 1/2 cup minced onion
    • 3/4 cup chopped celery
    • 1/4 cup diet margarine
    • 1/4 cup chicken broth (fat free)
    • 4 1/2 cups soft bread cubes
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon sage
    • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

In large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in diet margarine until tender. Add chicken broth and 1/3 of the bread cubes. Stir. Turn into deep bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Stuff turkey just before roasting, or cook in greased casserole dish for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
