Recipes Pumpkin Souffle Pie (Dessert)

    • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
    • 1 1.5 oz. box sugar-free vanilla-flavored nonfat instant pudding
    • 1 c. nonfat milk
    • 1 16-oz. can pumpkin
    • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp. ginger
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 c. Cool Whip Lite



Combine pudding mix and milk in medium bowl; stir well (will be very thick).  Add pumpkin, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon; mix well. Gently fold in whipped topping; pour into pie shell.  Chill for one hour or until set. Top with additional topping.
