Ingredients
    • 1 cup onions, chopped
    • 1 cup carrots, sliced
    • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
    • 1 cup dry lentils
    • 1 cup parsnips, chopped
    • 1 cup celery, diced
    • 1 cup smoked turkey sausage
    • 4 cups vegetable broth
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 2 cups chopped Kale
Instructions

Put all ingredients but Kale in Crockpot on low for six or more hours.  Add Kale 5 minutes before serving and cook until wilted.
