Recipes Stewed Okra, Corn and Tomatoes (Side dish)

    • 1-1/2 cups frozen sliced okra
    • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
    • 1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 cup chopped low-fat ham
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 14.5 ounce can no-salt-added stewed tomatoes, undrained
    • vegetable cooking spray

In a large saucepan coated with cooking spray, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
