Recipes Black Bottom Banana Pie (Dessert)

    • 1 cup cold skim milk
    • 1 (4 serving size) chocolate flavored sugar-free instant pudding
    • 1 Banana

    Top Layer:

    • 2 cups cold skim milk
    • 1 (4 serving size) vanilla sugar-free instant pudding
    • 4-oz Cool Whip Lite, thawed
    • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust

Pour 1 cup milk into medium bowl; add chocolate pudding mix.Beat with an electric mixer for one minute (mixture will be very thick).Spread mixture carefully into piecrust.

Top with sliced banana.Mix 2 cups milk with vanilla pudding mix.Spread over chocolate/banana layer.Cover and chill at least three hours before serving.Top with Cool Whip Lite.
