Recipes Squash Saute (6-ingredient or less, Side dish, Vegetarian)

Number of Servings

    • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
    • 1 cup diced onion
    • 2 medium yellow squash, sliced
    • ¼ tsp. sea salt
    • ¼ tsp. black pepper

Heat oil in a large nonstick skilled on medium heat.Add onion and cook for 5 minutes or until begins to brown, stirring frequently.  Add squash and cook for 4 minutes or until edges begin to brown.  Add salt and pepper, stir gently.
