Recipes Frozen Snicker Pie (Dessert)

    • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (3 fat-free graham cracker squares)
    • 12 oz. sugar free vanilla-flavored nonfat frozen yogurt (or SF FF ice cream)
    • 1 c. light whipped topping
    • 3 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
    • 1 1.4 oz. box sugar-free chocolate-flavored instant pudding Whip topping for top of pie (about 1 cup)

Press graham cracker crumbs into an 8x8-inch baking dish; set aside. In large bowl, combine frozen yogurt, whipped topping, peanut butter and pudding mix; stir well and press into pan, being careful not to disturb the crumbs. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Top with thin layer of whipped topping. Let thaw 10 minutes before serving.
