Recipes Backyard Coleslaw (Salad, Extras)

Number of Servings
    • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    • 3 cups finely shredded Savoy cabbage
    • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
    • 1 tsp. sugar
    • 3 cups finely shredded red cabbage, rinsed
    • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds, crushed
    • dash of salt
    • 1/3 cup coarsely grated onion
    • dash of freshly ground pepper



Whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, caraway seeds, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add Savoy cabbage, red cabbage and onion. Toss to coat. Serve within 2hours.
