Recipes Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Extras)

Number of Servings
    • 3 1/2 cups baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
    • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
    • 1/4 cup 2-percent low-fat milk
    • 1 tbsp. reduced-fat margarine
    • 1 tbsp. low-fat sour cream
    • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • dash pepper




Place potatoes and garlic in saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes; drain and return to pan. Add milk, margarine, sour cream, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Using mixer, beat at medium speed until smooth.
