Recipes Beef Stir-Fry (Entree)

    • 1 lb. lean beef sirloin
    • 2 tsp. canola oil
    • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
    • 4 oz. uncooked linguine noodles
    • 1 small red onion, sliced
    • 1 cup sliced carrots
    • 1 cup diced zucchini
    • 3 tbsp. water
    • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1 tsp. soy sauce
    • nonstick cooking spray




Heat oil over high heat in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Add beef and garlic; stir-fry until cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain and keep warm. Stir-fry onion and carrots until carrots are partially done, adding water as needed to prevent sticking. Add zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms and soy sauce. (Note: Any combination of vegetables may be used.) Stir-fry until vegetables are done to your liking; add beef to reheat; then toss with pasta.
