Recipes Snicker Pie (Dessert)

    • Low-fat graham cracker crust
    • 12 oz. artificially sweetened vanilla-flavored nonfat frozen yogurt (or fat-free ice cream)
    • 1 c. Cool Whip Lite
    • 3 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
    • 1 1.4 oz. box sugar-free chocolate-flavored instant pudding

In large bowl, combine frozen yogurt, whipped topping, peanut butter and pudding mix; stir well and press into pan, being careful not to disturb the crust. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Top with additional Cool Whip Lite and a few chopped peanuts if desired.  Let thaw 10 minutes before serving.
