Recipes Broccoli Bisque (Soups)

Number of Servings

    2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
    1/2 cup nonfat milk


Combine broccoli, broth and milk in food processor; puree until smooth. Transfer to medium saucepan; cook until heated. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
