Recipes Rosemary-Sage Steak (Entree)

    • 1 lb. boneless top sirloin steak, all visible fat removed


    • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
    • 3 tbsp. dry white cooking wine
    • 1 tsp. olive oil
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 2 tbsp. fresh (or 2 tsp. dried, crushed) rosemary, finely chopped
    • 2 tbsp. fresh (or 2 tsp. dried, crushed) sage, finely chopped
    • 3 medium cloves, minced, (or 1-1/2 tsp. bottled, minced) garlic
    • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper



Put steak in an airtight plastic bag. In a small bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Pour into bag over steak and turn to coat evenly. Seal and refrigerate from 1 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Drain steak; grill for 8 to 12 minutes per side, or until done to taste.
