Recipes Mozzarella Sandwich (Entree)

    • 2 oz. Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
    • 1/4 cup romaine lettuce leaves
    • 1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper, cut into strips
    • 2 slices tomato
    • 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
    • 1 1/2 tsp. lite Italian dressing
    • 2 1-oz. Slices Italian bread, toasted
    • 1 cup whole green beans, cooked and chilled



Drizzle vinegar and dressing over bell peppers and tomato slices.  Layer cheese, lettuce, bell pepper and tomato between bread slices
