    • 2 slices whole-wheat bread
    • 1 oz. canned white chicken meat
    • 2 teaspoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
    • 1 ounce shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese



Toast bread. Combine chicken, mayonnaise and cheese in small bowl, and spread on toasted bread. Broil open-faced until bubbly.
