Recipes Spinach-Artichoke Dip (Extras, Appetizer, Holidays)

    •     1    9-oz. package frozen, no-salt-added artichoke hearts, thawed, drained
    •     4    ozs. low-fat cream cheese, room temperature
    •     1    10-oz. package frozen creamed spinach, thawed
    •     1/2    c. plain nonfat yogurt
    •     1/4    c. thinly sliced green onions, green part only
    •     1    tsp. salt-free Italian herb seasoning
    •     1/8    tsp. salt



Thoroughly dry artichokes and chop into small pieces. In medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, blending well. Stir in artichokes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Serve with toasted pita chips or sliced raw vegetables.
