Number of Servings
    •  5  medium-size sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
    •  1  tbsp. olive oil
    •  3/4 tsp. garlic-pepper blend (Lawry’s)
    •  2  large sweet onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    •  1/2 tsp. salt



Preheat oven to 425° F. Combine all ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish, tossing to coat. Bake for 35 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
