Recipes Double Layer Chocolate Pie (Holidays, Dessert)

    • 1 1/2 cups cold skim milk + 1 tbs. milk
    • 2 4-serving size chocolate flavored sugar-free instant pudding
    • 4-oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
    • 1 pkg. Sweetener
    • 4-oz Cool Whip Lite, thawed
    • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust



Pour 1 1/2 cups milk into medium bowl; add pudding mix.  Beat with an electric mixer for one minute (mixture will be very thick).  Spread mixture evenly into piecrust.  Beat cream cheese, sweetener, and 1 tbs. milk with mixer until smooth.  Fold in Cool Whip Light on low-speed.  Spread over chocolate mixture.  Cover and chill at least three hours before serving.  Serves 8
