Ingredients
    • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    • 2 cans beef broth
    • 1 can vegetable broth
    • 1 can chicken broth
    • 1 15-ounce can chopped tomatoes
    • 4 medium potatoes-cut into pieces
    • 1/2 bag carrots-sliced
    • 1/4 head cabbage-sliced
    • 1 medium onion-chopped
    • basil and bay leaf to taste

     

Instructions

Mix all together in large pot.  Simmer until vegetables are tender.
