Recipes Cranberry Gelatin Salad (Side dish, Salad)

    • 2 3-oz. packages sugar-free cranberry gelatin
    • 1 3/4 cups boiling water
    • 3/4 cup cold water
    • 3/4 cup red delicious apple, diced
    • 3/4 cup golden delicious apple, diced
    • 1/2 cup green grapes, seedless
    • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
    • Cooking spray



Put dry gelatin in a medium bowl.  Pour in boiling water; stir for 2 minutes.  Stir in cold water. Add diced apples and grapes.  Mix well.  Pour into 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Refrigerate until set.    May garnish with chopped pecans if desired.
