Ingredients
    • 1 whole grain English muffin
    • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters 
    • 1 piece Healthy Choice Breakfast Sausage Patties, crumbled
    • 1 slice tomato (optional)
    • 1 teaspoon reduced fat mayonnaise and/or mustard (optional)

     

Instructions

The night before, cook egg and chopped sausage in non-stick skillet with a little butter-flavored cooking spray. The next morning, toast muffin, open-faced, topped with scrambled egg mixture. Remove and top with tomato, mayo, and mayonnaise and/or mustard if you desire.
