    • 1 sugar-free angel food cake (available at food store bakeries)
    • 1 4-serving sugar-free vanilla instant Jell-O Pudding Mix
    • 2 cups skim milk
    • Cool Whip Free
    • Fruit (strawberries, bananas, kiwi, etc.)

     

Instructions

Prepare pudding mix as directed with skim milk. Layer pieces of cake, pudding, Cool Whip and fruit, ending with Cool Whip on top. Instead of using vanilla pudding, try the white chocolate, chocolate or chocolate fudge-flavored puddings with the fruit.
