Ingredients
    • 1 block tofu (16 ounces)
    • 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
    • 1 rib celery, finely chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
    • salt and pepper to taste

     

Instructions

Mash tofu with a fork to a crumbly consistency. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
