Recipes Spinach & Mushroom Salad (Salad, Side dish)

Number of Servings
    • 1 bunch of fresh spinach (ripped)
    • 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
    • 1/4 cup goat cheese or freshly grated parmesan (not canned)
    • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar dressing



Combine spinach, mushrooms and cheese in a large bowl, then toss with dressing. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour; serve cold. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top. Can be served with 1/2 hard-boiled egg on the side.
