Recipes Salmon Spaghetti Salad (Entree, Salad)

    • 12-ounce package spaghetti
    • 1 cup chopped broccoli
    • 1 cup frozen peas
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 cup chopped green pepper
    • 1 cup chopped tomato
    • 1/2 cup grated carrot
    • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
    • 2 ounces fresh parmesan cheese, grated
    • 8 ounce can salmon



Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Pour half of dressing mixture (recipe below) over spaghetti and chill for 15 minutes. Add all salad ingredients plus the remaining dressing to the chilled spaghetti. Refrigerate until all ingredients are chilled.
