Recipes Creamy Feta Dressing (Extras, Salad)

    • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (3 ounces)
    • 1/4 cup boiling water
    • 3/4 teaspoon wine vinegar
    • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt



In a blender, add cheese, water, and vinegar and blend until smooth. Add yogurt and blend. Pour mixture over vegetables and toss. Makes one-cup of dressing.
