    • 1 (1.5 oz.) box sugar-free vanilla-flavored nonfat instant pudding
    • 1 cup nonfat milk
    • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp. ginger
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 cup Cool Whip Lite
    • 1 graham cracker pie shell

Combine pudding mix and milk in medium bowl; stir well. Add pumpkin, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon; stir. Gently fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie shell. Chill for one hour or until set.
