Recipes Orange Dream Cheesecake Cups (Vegetarian, Dessert)

    • 16 Squares low fat cinnamon graham crackers
    • 2/3 cup boiling water
    • 1 small package sugar free orange Jello
    • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
    • 1 8oz block 1/3 less fat cheese (may use fat free if you wish)
    • 1 8oz container Lite cool whip

Make crumbs out of graham crackers in food processor. Place paper cupcake liners in a 12 count muffin tin. Divide the crumbs evenly between the 12 paper cups. In a blender put boiling water and Jello, blend. Add cottage cheese and cream cheese; whip together. Add cool whip. Whip together well, scraping down the sides of the blender. Pour into cupcake cups. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
