Recipes Chicken Pockets (Entree)

    • 1/2 cup low-fat grated cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup chopped celery
    • 2 tablespoon chopped onion
    • 5 ounce can of chicken
    • 1 can low-fat biscuits (10 count)
    • 2 tablespoon sour cream (light)
    • 1 chopped jalapeno pepper (optional)

Combine all ingredients except biscuits and set aside. Roll out each biscuit. Place about two tablespoons of chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold over and seal edges of biscuit. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, or until brown.
