Recipes Cranberry Sauce (Vegetarian, Side dish, Holidays)

Number of Servings
    • 1 package cranberries
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 (4-serving) cranberry Jell-O
    • 1 orange

Cook cranberries in 3/4 to 1 cup water. Drain and reserve liquid. Cool cranberries and add Jell-O mix. Grate 1/2 of orange rind. If you like things sweeter, add 2 packages of Equal. Chill until firm.  Note: The reserved liquid is a great drink. Just add Equal.
