Recipes Gelatin Salad (Salad, Holidays, Dessert)

    • 1 package black cherry gelatin (sugar-free)
    • 1 can sweet dark pitted cherries (drained, no sugar added)
    • 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
    • 4-ounces cream cheese (light)

Prepare gelatin as directed on package. Add cherries after draining well. Add walnuts. Cut sour cream into small cubes and add to mixture. Stir and place in a decorated mold or other dish. Refrigerate until gelatin is firm.
