Recipes Easy Baked Fish (Entree)

    • 4 4-ounce portions boneless fish filet
    • 2 lemons
    • 4 tablespoon light mayonnaise
    • salt and pepper to taste



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash fillets thoroughly. Cut one lemon in four wedges. Squeeze the juice on each fish fillet. Salt and pepper fillets and place on a baking dish. Spread 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise on top of each fillet. Cook 15-20 minutes or until flaky when tested with a fork.
