Ingredients
    • 1 15 1/2-oz. can red kidney beans, undrained
    • 1/2 15-oz. can garbanzo beans, undrained
    • 1 1/4 cups water
    • 1 medium potato, peeled, quartered lengthwise, and diced
    • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
    • 1/2 6-oz. can tomato paste
    • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
    • 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

     

Instructions

In a large pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
