Recipes Beefy Veggie Stir Fry (Vegetarian, Entree)

    •  4 (3-ounce) Vegetarian Burgers cut into strips 
    •  4 cups frozen, Chinese vegetables, thawed 
    •  2 teaspoons olive oil
    •  2 tablespoons teriyaki baste and glaze mixed with 2 teaspoons water
    •  2 cups prepared brown rice

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute vegetables until crisp tender. Add burger strips and saute an additional 2 minutes. Coat with teriyaki mixture until heated throughout. Divide mixture evenly onto 4 plates with 1/2 cup rice each.
