Recipes Low-Fat Pimento & Cheese Spread (Vegetarian, Extras)

    • 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimento
    • 4 ounces grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    • pinch cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl at least 4 hours before serving. May be served as a dip for vegetables or assorted crackers. Makes 1 cup.
