    • peppers
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • 4 tablespoons fresh coriander

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let salsa stand at room temperature 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
