Recipes Marinated Veggies (Side dish, Extras)

Number of Servings
    • 1 cup fresh cauliflower florets
    • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
    • 1 cup baby carrots, halved
    • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 cup light prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

Combine all of ingredients in a medium-sized container for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Dressing will cook the vegetables and the volume will shrink.Great to have on hand for snacks.
