Recipes Pumpkin Chiffon Pie (Vegetarian, Holidays, Dessert)

    • 1 9" graham crust pie shell
    • 1 cup canned pumpkin (I use fresh)
    • 1 (4-serving) sugar free instant pudding (vanilla)
    • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 cup evap. skim milk
    • 1 1/2 cups Lite Cool Whip

Combine pumpkin, pudding, pumpkin pie spice and evap. milk. Stir well to blend. Mix 1 cup of Cool Whip in pumpkin mix. Pour into crust and chill 2 hours.

Lightly spread remaining Cool Whip over filling. Sprinkle pecan on top.
