Recipes Fresh Fruit Salsa (Vegetarian, Extras)

    •   1 papaya
    •   1 mango
    •   1 cup of fresh pineapple
    •   1 jalapeno seeded and minced
    •   1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
    •   1/4 cup diced red onion
    •   Juice from half a lime 1/8 cup rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)
    •   1 tablespoon red chili flakes 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Combine all ingredients and reserve. This is great on top grilled marinated chicken breasts or fresh grilled fish. Pre-cut papaya, mango, and pineapple can be found in most large grocery stores now. I have also used the canned papaya and mango with good results. Use the fresh pineapple when you can
