    •   1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
    •   1 small red onion, diced
    •   1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
    •   Zest of 1 lime
    •   1 small green pepper, diced
    •   1-2 dashes hot sauce
    •   Salt and pepper (to taste)

In a food processor, blend all ingredients to desired chunkiness and chill overnight.
