    • 1 (12-ounce) tub light cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup light sour cream
    • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1-1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 (15.5 ounce) can red salmon, drained
    • 2 cups cooked fresh salmon
    • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped celery
    • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion (include tops and white)

Have cream cheese at room temperature. Remove skin from salmon and mash bones if using canned salmon. Blend first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Stir in salmon, celery, and onion. Best made one day ahead to let flavors blend.
