Ingredients
    • 2 cups unsweetened applesauce or apples
    • 2 cups self-rising flour
    • 1/4 cup corn oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 bananas, mashed
    • 1 cup raisins
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1-1/2 tablespoons sweetener
    • 1 teaspoon soda
    • 4 tablespoons buttermilk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour and soda. Mix oil, eggs, sweetener, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix with dry ingredients. Add bananas, applesauce, and raisins. Cook in loaf pan for 1 hour.
