Ingredients
    • 1 tsp. butter or margarine
    • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 tbsp. flour
    • 1/2 cup skim or 1% milk
Instructions

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add mushrooms. Sauté until tender. Add flour. Stir quickly, while slowly adding milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring.
