Ingredients
    • 2 (2.5 oz) jars Dried Beef, cut into strips
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 10 3/4 ounce Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1/2 cup fat free half and half
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 cup uncooked egg noodles
    • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
    • 4 oz (1 cup) shredded 2% Cheddar Cheese
Instructions

Cover and microwave dried beef and 1 cup water in a 2-quart casserole on high to boiling (about 2 to 3 minutes); drain. Stir in onion, soup, milk, water, noodles and garlic. Cover and microwave 10 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until noodles are tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in cheese. Cover and microwave until melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
