Recipes Grilled Salmon w/Yogurt Dill Sauce (Entree)

Number of Servings
    • 4 4-ounce skin-on salmon fillets
    • (may substitute any type of firm fish)
    • 1/4 cup white wine Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 cup orange juice
    • 1/2 cup water

    Ingredients for Yogurt Sauce:

    • 1 cup non-fat yogurt
    • 1/2 cup orange juice
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
    • 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill, or 2 teaspoons dry dill
    • Splash of Tabasco and squeeze lemon, if desired

Marinate salmon fillets for 30 minutes in mixture of Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, and water. Grill salmon fillets on barbecue or broil under oven broiler for approximately 4-5 on each side, for a total of 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fish.

Yogurt Sauce:
Mix all ingredients together and spoon over cooked salmon fillets.
