Ingredients
    • 3 cups 1/2 percent or skim milk (cold)
    • 1 cup evaporated skim milk (undiluted, cold)
    • 1 tablespoon rum flavoring
    • 1 cup Egg Beaters
    • 4 packages Equal
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla dash of nutmeg
Instructions

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT nutmeg in blender. Process on low speed about 30 seconds or until frothy. Pour mixture into a saucepan and beat until steamy on a low heat. Do not boil. Chill and serve with a dash of nutmeg.
